Delivery conditions

The shipping price is not specified in the shopping cart. You will be contacted by us after placing your order and informed of the additional shipping costs. If you do not agree to the shipping costs, you can either pick up the goods in Gränichen or cancel the order.

For deliveries abroad, customs duties, VAT, and import taxes apply. These must be paid by the recipient upon receipt of the delivery.

Delivery times

If the agreed delivery times cannot be met, we will notify you as soon as possible. If the delivery time is extended by more than four weeks, you can cancel your order.

Right of exchange and return of goods

You have the right to return your received goods to us within 14 days (date of receipt). For returns and exchanges, the goods must be returned in perfect condition; otherwise, the right to return is void. For returns, any shipping costs already incurred will not be refunded. You must bear the return shipping costs yourself. Sale items are explicitly excluded from returns.

We inspect all returns. Returns will be rejected if:

• The goods are damaged or were damaged during return transport.
• The return is incomplete.
• The goods were lost during return transport.

Only the sales price will be refunded; any customs duties, taxes, and original shipping costs will not be refunded.

The German version prevails.
